The Fairness Triangle

When Baxter Lee founded SSC Service Solutions' in 1969, he based his business on a very simple philosophy that he called The Fairness Triangle.  This concept is best illustrated by an equilateral triangle representing the three most significant components of our company.  Our Customers, Our Employees and Our Company.

By providing exceptional service to our CUSTOMERS, we enhance our current relationships and develop new opportunities.  By fostering the development and well being of our EMPLOYEES, we develop a loyal and efficient work force.  Success in the first two components of The Fairness Triangle automatically results in fairness to our COMPANY through the generation of corporate profits along with the realization of short and long-term company goals.
