A unique difference between SSC and our competitors is that we are the largest employee owned custodial service company in the US. Our eligible employees participate at no cost to them in our company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) which is designed to make each employee a part owner in our company. We are also proud to offer a 401K plan with company matching at 25%. That is somewhat unheard of in our industry today. These generous retirement benefits have enabled many of our veteran employees to retire with a nest egg that might not have been possible with other companies.

We also believe that the health of our employees translates directly to the quality of our service. SSC Service Solutions offers a very competitive and affordable health benefit plan to employees working as little as 16 hours per week.
