Seth Ferriell, Division President

Seth Ferriell is the President of our College and University Division. Holding a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, his career with SSC Service Solutions began in 1991. In 1992, he moved to Florida to work in the Mall Division. Seth has held various positions including Group Manager, Senior Group Manager, Facilities Maintenance, HVAC and Construction Management and Division President for the Mall Division. Seth was promoted to the position of College and University Division President in 2006.

Seth is LEED Green certified by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). He completed the LEED Green Associate course and has played an active part in maintaining the LEED Green Certified buildings cleaned by SSC Service Solutions. His certification validates his competency in green practices and signifies that he is a qualified, educated and influential green building professional within the cleaning industry.
