Shannon Thornton began her career with SSC Service Solutions as an assistant in the Human Resources Department in 1991. As SSC has continued to grow as a company Ms. Thornton lent her expertise in several departments including accounting where she supervised a group of twelve Administrative Assistants. Ms. Thornton returned to the Human Resources Department as a Recruiter and Training Coordinator in 2004 and was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting and Training in November of 2005. In her current role, she oversees the hiring and training of all SSC management trainees. She also helps in the development of new training initiatives like Train the Trainer and SSC’s Account Acquisition and Retainage program.

Mr. Mesadieu has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Spanish from Georgia State University. He began working for SSC Service Solutions in July of 2005 as a Contract Manager in the K-12 School division. Fluent in both Spanish and French, he was tapped to join the recruiting and training team in April 2006, where he assists with SSC’s Manager Trainee program. Prior to joining SSC, Les taught Spanish, Economics and coached soccer in Atlanta schools.

Charlie Morris began working for SSC Service Solutions in 1987, and has been involved in many parts of the company’s operations. He has worked in management, sales and marketing, and as a recruiter/training coordinator. His current responsibilities include hiring and development of new managers, conducting continuing education programs for management personnel, and safety education. Mr. Morris is an honors graduate of Western Carolina University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.

Stephanie Beeson began her career with SSC Service Solutions in 2006 as the administrative assistant of the training and recruiting department.  Stephanie was promoted to her current position as the recruiter and training coordinator in April of 2007.  Stephanie has a bachelor's degree in public policy and marketing from Michigan State University.  Prior to joining SSC, Stephanie worked for the Target corporate headquarters in their assets protection department.
